The Melodious

Have you ever gone through a time in your life when nothing seemed to excite you? Things that once excited you no longer did.

Well I was experiencing this a few months ago and I did not know why or what was going on, but I did some research on it and found some interesting articles on the web. There are words to describe what is lacking, but I’ve chosen not to use them. :). I learned that expectation is often dimmed by stress and that it is often the result not planning; letting things happen rather than result of intentional effort.

Needless to say it caused me to start praying differently. Instead of seeking what I wanted, I sought God to give what I wanted to those I pray for. I also began to seek His hand in everything I do.

Well the results are coming in and can only say WOW! The excitement is back.

Let me just say that, if you are a follower of Christ and He is living in you, your life should never be boring. If it is, something is broken and trust me, there is no earthly cure.
